In all recruiting activities there are by definition two parties involved: recruiters and jobseekers.  The recruiting process functions best when both recruiters and jobseekers use tools that they experience as helpful and user-friendly.

By concentrating on software services for just one of the parties, there is the risk of a one-sided emphasis on the needs of just this party.  Fenom has therefore decided to provide services for both jobseekers and recruiters so that an optimized end-to-end solution is now possible.

JobDirectory is the service for jobseekers. JobDirectory is the Employment Information Portal for the financial services sector in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Jobseekers find here directories of employers, recruitment consultants and jobs. They will rarely need to search other websites, as most of the information that they require can be found on JobDirectory or on the thousands of websites that it links to directly.

HR-Assist is the service for recruiters. HR-Assist is the recruiting tool for all but the largest employers who wish to attract top talent. It is also used to reduce the number of applications received from sub-prime candidates. Potential candidates recognize very quickly whether their experience and skills are what is needed for each individual job and, if this is not the case, they are discouraged from applying and being disappointed later.
